"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful boutique hotel on lake Erhai. The room was great w a nice view of the lake, comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very nice. Would definitely come here again."

"The hotel is set in an ancient dwelling built around a courtyard. While our room retained its original ancient nature, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was modern and there was no lacking hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. "I had an excellent stay overnight en route to my final destination. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderfully comfortable. The lady at reception was really helpful to point me to the train station instead of a taxi for my final destination- much more comfortable ride and much less expensive. She also arranged a taxi for me to the station. "

"The photos on the website looked pretty and the room was nice with lovely views. it said in the details it was 1 minute walk to Erhai Lake whereas it was actually a drive up a steep hill and then 60 steps down to the hotel and another 30 stairs to get down to the room.
