"They gave us a much bigger room than we expected. There was a section of carpet missing where it met the tile. Something sharp was sticking up and I stepped on it a few times. This was room 259. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. The staff was really helpful in looking out for missing luggage that took a couple of days to arrive from the airport. "Right in French quarters so everything is walkable. Staff is amazing. Kept the place clean. Room was nice and cold. Hot showers. My only complaint is the building is old but they can’t help it. "
