"It is an outstanding log cabin, just up on a bluff from Lake Superior—great views in the winter. Snowmobile trail access is just 3/4 mile down the road. The place had everything you would need and then some. It's like they turned the keys over to their private home. Everything was immaculate, and we even had a wheelchair ramp in the garage with a zero-entry shower for our friend. Special treats await your stay—great Wi-Fi for those who have had to work for a couple of hours. Young adults enjoyed...

"We loved our stay! The picture window that looks out to Lake Superior was the perfect view! Fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Clean and cozy cottage. The beach access is right in the backyard- down some steps. The first night we saw northern lights and amazing stars. 10/10 would recommend this cottage! Excellent hosts!"

"Super cute cottage on Sugar Island. This was my first time on the island. We didn’t have much time to explore, but getting to the cottage was easy. Perfect place for my daughter and I for a weekend of hockey in The Soo. (There for sure would’ve been room for the whole family to stay though.) We will be keeping this place in mind for more hockey trips that fall when it’s open! "

Everything we needed was provided, including kitchen supplies, cozy blankets, comfortable bedding, and a selection of DVDs for evening movies. "Great location. It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Cabin was rustic as advertised. Some maintenance could be done, but it didn't really bother us that much. The price was reasonable for our 7 night stay. We were able to rest comfortably and the view was wonderful!"
