"Everything about the description was correct. House is updated throughout.All the utensils you need for cooking and cleaning are in the house. The grill worked and had propane for use with it. The neighbors waved and said hello. Easy access to the freeway. Great communication with the host. Truly an awesome experience."

The property is stunning and we were treated to a dazzling display of the northern lights as soon as we arrived on our first night. "Did not use bunk house but cabin was perfect size for 2-4 people. It was clean and comfortable. Great place to launch day trips and an even better place to come back to. Access to beach right out the door and can watch freighters come and go day and night. Hard to beat!"

"Our 3-generation family travelled to Brimley, MI to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our son, who is attending a local college. Trent & Kristine's cottage was a perfect spot for us. The cottage was stunning, well equipped and spotless! We enjoyed exploring the area during the day, and cozying up by the fireplace in the evenings. Trent and Kristine were very quick to answer any questions we had and made up feel very welcome in their cabin. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"Great location. It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Cabin was rustic as advertised. Some maintenance could be done, but it didn't really bother us that much. The price was reasonable for our 7 night stay. We were able to rest comfortably and the view was wonderful!"

"Super cute cottage on Sugar Island. This was my first time on the island. We didn’t have much time to explore, but getting to the cottage was easy. Perfect place for my daughter and I for a weekend of hockey in The Soo. (There for sure would’ve been room for the whole family to stay though.) We will be keeping this place in mind for more hockey trips that fall when it’s open! "
