"We had a great stay at the Lockview. The owners/staff were kind and accommodating, bringing us extra blankets when we anticipated we might need them. We had everything we needed. The walls are pretty thin (standard in older U.P. motels), but all neighbors were quiet and considerate. In the winter, be sure to park a bit away from the front of the building as snow might fall from the roof (also standard U.P. wisdom!). Lots of places to eat and shops just a few steps away. "
