"My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...

"Stayed here 3 nights. Property is nice and staff were very helpful. Everything is as you would expect. Not deluxe but not bad at all. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Only complaint is there was a weird smell in the room, but for the price I would definitely stay here again. Amazing location"

"I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. "Had the VIP package and it was great. Loved the breakfast area, food and drinks. Had the coffee, water and soft drinks available all day long. Pool area nice, spacious and clean. Although they were working on the roof to install solar panels it was opened which we appreciated. Rooms are nice and clean."

"Very spacious one bedroom apartment. Free airport shuttle pick up and drop off. Reservations required at the front desk. It’s a 7 minute from the airport. A small shopping center, small coffee shop and a Family mart convenience store is behind it.Plenty of dining options on the fifth floor of the shopping center. In the basement there’s a gourmet supermarket, coffee shop and Bread Talk bakery. There is an option you can grocery shop and have it cooked on site too. You can find lots of small eateries, coffee shops, mani pedi spa around the area too. The down side is - it’s 20 to 30 minutes drive to the city center depending on traffic. There is an additional cost for pick up if you book tours via Klook but inexpensive for about 200k VND. Fairly quick to grab a bite via Grab food delivery!"

Cozy comfort

"Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great breakfast and afternoon tea. Perfect location close to Saigon Square and walking distance to many sites. Room was spacious and outdoor shower was a fun experience. Friendly staff and great manager who is very involved with his work and team. Used their transfer out to the airport price was same as grab service. Loved that they were right by the Ganglands Central and a really convenient currency exchange near the Running Bean."
