"This property is very outdated. The 1st room we had was unsafe as the balcony door did not even lock. Rooms are in need of severe updating. Lack of hot water in as much we had to use other rooms to have a shower. If the hotel was busy this would been a major problem. The staff changed our first room but was not much better. Balcony crumbling concrete above us. When asked about the NYE gala staff did not know what I was talking about. I appreciate englishbis the staffs second language. But just...

"My stay was very comfortable, Dihesh, Adarsh and Dilbor were ready helpful at all time, caring, kind, respectable and very polite. Had great knowledge about local transport for guidance. Whenever I requested it was provided promptly i.e. Water or food etc. Kitchen staff was also helpful cooked to my request well spoken English by all staff had no issues about communication. "Good location. Can get a cab any time during the day or night. Decently clean. Responsive staff. Food also is decent but breakfast variety is highly limited. Food prices should be less as they are 0retty Hugh. Overall a good experience"

"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. "I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything. "
