"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"The staff and the food were great. There was some issues with water boiler. Warm water was on call. I liked the employees and the food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Justa hotel. "

"Building seemed slightly older and things like insufficient lighting in bathroom, slow drainage of water, no charging plug points near bed were slight irritations but overall the stay was comfortable. It was about 5 minutes walk from the place I had to go and local malls like Sahara were nearby. Will stay here again if needed in future."
