"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. "I have stayed here number of times, highly affordable, safe and friendly staff. Hotel provides taxi and tours to near by places. Being a South Indian felt very much at home with my broken Hindi. My visits to Agra, Delhi sightseeings were nominal and perfect. And also for US visa interview this was all the more perfect VAC and Embassy are 20 mins away. We didn't like the lunches, but the Complimentary breakfast and Dinners were very good. But I would still go ahead and highly recommend this...

And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said.
