"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. "Stayed at Leela Palace for 4 days. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast could have had more choices but still worthwhile. Service is fantastic. The only downside to the hotel at the moment is the light construction being done. It isn’t visibly noticeable but you can hear some drilling during weekdays mostly in the lobby and some disturbance when in the room. "
