TN549825605 This was a 3 bed 2 bathrooms 1st double 2nd 2 singles 3rd 2 singles Towels linen included 4 adults My niece and partner and 16 year old son And I'm 66 years old with limited disability. When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked. "Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "

"We stayed here for a ‘quirky’ hen do. It was amazing! We hired both yurts and enjoyed the use of the cabin kitchen space and the fire pit area. Cleanliness of property was outstanding. Hosts were happy for us to decorate for the hen. The yurts, however, needed very little decoration thought as they have fairy lights everywhere and look amazing in the dark…really magical. Would totally recommend staying here!"

"View is stunning, location is great, extremely pretty valley, Vyrnwy Lake & waterfall was a pleasant surprise. Shared spaces are great, well stocked kitchen and utilities. Loads of room for a packed house to be together or hang out separately. Lots of lovely decorative touches. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

Peaceful place to stay

"Great hotel if you want to stay in a castle it is kept to a good standard considering it is a castle , the staff are more than helpful and are all wanting to please you , we had evening meal which was very good which we both enjoyed, we are on a gluten free diet and it was no problem at all for them, the breakfast the next day was also really good , the grounds are also very nice to walk around and explore, we both enjoyed staying here thanks to all the hard working staff we most likely will return "
