The pools are beautiful and the grounds have beautiful beaches ,views ,wildlife and are well manicured . The property manger didn’t respond to a few requests we had which was the only complaint. "As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. "We loved our stay in Veranda 5D! My fiancé and I stayed 5 nights in Los Sueños and had the best time. The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The landscaping around the resort was immaculate and we enjoyed using the beach club pass every day to go hang out at the swim up bar. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"We were very disappointed in this property. Weve rented many times at the veranda and this was by far the worst experience. Mold throughout, dangerous to even breath in the place. furniture was moldy and mildew ridden AND the dirt and filth throughout the place, needs a complete overhaul. How shameful for the owner to fool the renters into thinking this place is as beautiful as the pictures portray."
