"The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. "

"We had a great time at the house. It had everything we needed and an added benefit of being one floor with no steps for those with mobility issues (we had someone in a wheel chair and it was perfect). It was so pretty to be on the lake and wake up to ice fishers getting their day started. It was an easy drive to Middlebury Snowbowl and Breadloaf. And a quick 20 minuets to campus. We'll have to keep this on our list for future travels to the Middlebury and Lake Champlain area. "
