"We booked this wonderful hotel literally 5 hours before check in. Everything was wonderful staff, breakfast, locality… pretty much everything… but …when we booked in to our room, which was upgraded… to our horror there was a wedding! We was not told about the wedding.there was so much noise.. we may been part of the festivities as we could hear the conversations. We complained late in the evening and was told we could move, but unfortunately it was late. The next morning we followed up our complaint and the hotel reception told us they would honour us a free night. We await if this transpires?. Such a wonderful hotel which should have mentioned that we would be part of the wedding."
