"I arrived the day after the big snow and I believe the agent at the desk was working hard to get everyone waiting checked in, but I waited nearly an hour and a half and she said there were 3’people in front of me, so I’m not sure what happened there. I think a lot of people were demanding attention. But I was sooo grateful to have a restaurant on site bc everything else in the area w the exception of a Waffle House I think was closed. "We have stayed at this hotel 4 times on our travels down to Florida and have found our rooms to always be clean, the front desk staff always super friendly, housekeeping very accommodating and the over all appearance of the hotel welcoming. The location is convenient as it is right off of 95. Being close to shopping and restaurants is a nice bonus too! "

"A snow and ice storm closed the Savannah airport and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us during this challenging time. The suites were roomy and comfortable and an exercise room also helped pass the time. The free breakfasts were delicious, especially since so many restaurants were closed and we didn’t have a car. The best experience we could have considering the circumstances!"

"The walls are thin. You can hear everything. The breakfast is only bagels, muffins, cereal and juice."

"Very nice staff and comfortable room! There were a few marks and stains on the wall, but it looked like general wear and tear, nothing dirty, other than some dust on air unit. The pillows are pretty small and not very supportive, so I recommend bringing your own, especially if you have neck problems. "
