"This spectacular villa had all we could want and more. Very spacious, high quality and stylish furniture inside and out. Really comfortable beds and super clean. Pool was perfect, as it was heated I could swim even on cooler days. Very peaceful location, about 15 mins stroll into Lajares and 5-10 mins walk from plenty of restaurants. Can’t see enough good about this place, great communications before, during and after. 5*"

"Spacious, peaceful villa and location. Well equipped, though no pool towels (not that they were advertised, just for info). Pleasant walk to the restaurants in the village, especially enjoyed Rojo Tomato and their excellent pizzas (booking essential). Gravel bike hire from Rob at BKRS was a delight (WhatsApp him for info as he’s not always at the shop). Lots to see and do on the island. Really enjoyable week"

"Just as we thought. A nice find in an nice quiet area. Contact with the owner was very simple. The house was nicely equipped. Clean and tidy, a real home from home"

"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used. Most of the plates, pans and cutlery was not clean in the cupboards. The walls in our room had several squashed mosquitoes left there, the shower was unclean with mould on the tiles and cobwebs on the walls. The mattress was very firm. "

"A well equipped property, not luxurious but what is to be expected for the price. The pool is not heated which means none but the brave will swim in the winter months. A very quiet area, but the town is only a stroll of 1km away for cafes bars and shops. Communication with owners excellent when required. "

"We were in contact with the owners Lyz and Gilbert prior to arrival, to arrange personal handover of keys. Lyz advised on the best way to manouever the hire car onto the grounds, and demonstrated the use of the electric gate. The property was very well presented, clean and tidy and tastefully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, dining facilities inside and out, and a variety of outside areas, in shade or sun, from simple chairs to sun loungers, and, of course, the hot tub which Lyz demonstrated.. Both bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space, and the shower room was well appointed, including a large walk in shower, and had an abundance of towels, plus two towelling robes for use after the hot tub. There was also a large laundry room with washing machine and a line for drying washing. Lyz and Gilbert were the perfect hosts, always contactable by text, and very charming. The area included a walkable town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes bars and restaurants, and there was an excellent chicken and chip cafe 700 metres away. Saturday, there is an artisan market. There are walking paths too, if you wish to ascend the nearby inactive volcanoes. Further afield are the beaches of the north of the island, or if you fancy going further, the busier southern resorts and a zoo are available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The photos do not do this property any justice, it is beautiful. Communication with Martin was Excellent from start to finish. 7 of us stayed very comfortably here. You have a bright new fully fitted kitchen along with the lovely wood features and marble floors, gives it a modern but yet still Spanish look. We had a balcony from our room, which I went out onto every night and saw shooting stars. (No air con unfortunately but fans provided in every room) We spent hours in the pool which was cleaned twice during our stay. We would then go and drink around the back where they had a nice seating area and watch the superb sunsets. It’s a gated property with a few other villas around you so you feel safe. You can walk into Lajares from the villa or about 15 minutes in the car to Corralejo which is very busy at night time full of restaurants and shops, or in the day a beautiful beach. We all loved it and will hopefully get to go back soon. "
