"Excellent value for a sole traveller on the quayside in Bristol. Booked a 6 bed room but was given a 4 bed room. Excellent range of bars and restaurants nearby. Check out a bit early though at 10am , as Breakfast runs to 10 am also. "

Some of the men were discussing their experiences with prostitutes in the kitchen (there were children in the room) and one of the guests in my dorm was trying to pick up arguments, talking very loudly, slamming doors etc. Another one was on the phone (in the dorm) until nearly 11pm. "Wonderful hostel set in a great oit of the way location. Only major issue is the poor condition of the access road to the propery which is not mentioned anywhere. Take it slow and steady and you'll still ground out the car in a normal car on the pot holes and ruts. I would not even attempt it in a car with lower ground clearance like a MX5 ect as you could cause major damage to your vehicle. This is a real shame as it wouldn't take alot of effort to atleast repair the worst of the pot holes...
