"Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning."

"Could not have asked for better hosts than Ricky and Suzy. Location description was on point. Check in and out were just as easy as coming and going from my own home. Most of our meals were eat out or carry in. All items needed were easy to find. Plenty of fresh towels and wash cloths. Keurig available. The beach is peaceful and very walkable. "

"Great stay! Thank you, it was a great location and the place was wonderful. Only two things that I want to bring to your attention. First is the coffee maker basket is not the right one for the machine and it overflowed. We are crafty though and made it on the stove. Second, the instructions said put the trash in the receptacle. I was thinking that there should have been a green dumpster somewhere on the property but didn't find one. We left the trash in the bins in the house. I hope that is...

"This condo was perfect for our visit. La Donna was there for us when we needed her and always pleasant. The condo had everything that we needed and was so quiet that we never heard a sound from neighbors. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs, giving view of the lovely beach upon waking. The location was just right for exploring hiking trails and visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return here next year!"
