"I can offer my unconditional positive recommendation for this property and the hosts. I stayed 11 days visiting friends in the area. The unit was clean, comfortable and met all of my needs. While I didn't have much need to communicate with the hosts when I did they responded immediately. Instructions were timely and helpful. They even contacted me to let me know of a space launch which I greatly appreciated. This unit isn't large - I think it best serves 1-3 people. The view from the balcony is awesome. I so enjoyed having morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean. Spectacular. I thought the entire property was well kept - including the pool area. So, in summary, every aspect of my stay went smoothly and met with my expectations. Should I visit the St. Augustine area in the future I would gladly stay in this unit again. Absolutely.
