"Nice, quiet location across the street from Crescent Beach, within 10 minutes of St. Augustine Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. For boaters, there is a public ramp into the inland waterway almost on the property. John is a great host. We had a couple of minor issues which he took care of right away. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of living space, and a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time in the area."

"This condo was very nice. Contained many extras in kitchen which worked perfect for our late Thanksgiving celebration. Nice dock access across the street on the intercostal and easy access to the beach. Most fantastic shower in master bath with great few of the ocean! Only one thing I would recommend is the living room furniture could be upgraded. Way to soft for people over 60. "

"I can offer my unconditional positive recommendation for this property and the hosts. I stayed 11 days visiting friends in the area. The unit was clean, comfortable and met all of my needs. While I didn't have much need to communicate with the hosts when I did they responded immediately. Instructions were timely and helpful. They even contacted me to let me know of a space launch which I greatly appreciated. This unit isn't large - I think it best serves 1-3 people. The view from the balcony...
