"Just down the PCH from Capitola and Santa Cruz, the Kennedy Beach House felt like our home away from home for spring break. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and fully - stocked home. It was the perfect location along the coast with easy access to the valley and ocean beaches. "

"Karen and family were tremendously helpful and were always so quick to help us with any questions that we had. They went over and beyond with all the help that they provided us when we asked their home is beautiful and was a perfect place for our family to be and would be great for anyone.!"

"The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. "
