"We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"

"The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. "

"Tidy home in a quiet neighborhood, and the location is convenient to everything: beach walks, redwood hikes, shopping errands in town, and quick trips into Capitola and Santa Cruz. Extra pluses: well-stocked kitchen, multiple sunny patios, Golden Poppy Pass for free admission to California state parks, and the gas fireplace really warms the place up on chilly nights.
