Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft...

"Stayed for the Bills/Chiefs game. Quick 20 min uber to the stadium. 5 adults, 1 kid, 2 furry people. Plenty of space for everyone, with extra room. Beds are very comfortable. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc). Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is more of an up-and-coming area which is accurately described in the listing. All in all - great landing spot for our group."

"This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles. "

"Very nice, clean, quaint property! Perfect for my son and I who were in town overnight for the Bills Playoff game! Easy drive to the stadium and l loved the older, well maintained neighborhood! Very safe and quiet!The host was phenomenal! He greeted us upon arrival and made check in and check out seamless! Would recommend !"
