"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

"We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...

"This 3 bedroom, one bath was such a convenient location to visit my mother-n-law 4min away. It was spacious so we didn’t feel cramped. There was a low battery in the thermostat that was taken care of promptly. Loved the bathroom bidet and shower pressure. "

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"

"We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's in the Buffalo area while visiting our family. This is by far the best. It was very clean and all the rooms were decorated and furnished nicely. The home was obviously well-cared for maintained properly. The yard is fenced and our dogs were allowed, another great bonus. "We have one of the best rental experiences that I can recall during our stay in Lancaster. Four of us came in to go to a bills game and the location couldn’t have been any more perfect with convenience to both the stadium, grocery stores and restaurants, the airport and Buffalo and the surrounding area.
