"Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!! "Really nice property with an excellent city view if you're staying in the higher floors. Clean rooms and areas and very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay, wish I could have stayed longer but alas, I'm from the States and on vacation so my time there had to end. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful location and things to do and see around Canary Wharf. "

"Close to tube, shops, river, restaurants. Stayed during the lockdown and easy to get shopping delivered within an hour of ordering. Plenty of restaurants to order food from nearby. Right next to Ravenscourt Park and a short walk to the river."

"The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication for finding the apartment and checking in was excellent. What took the edge off the stay was that two windows in the living room wouldn’t close properly and so it was noisy. "
