It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). J'ai attendu plus de 30mn avant davoor mes clés alors qu'il n'y avait que 44 personnes devant moi. Ils m'ont fait payé 2 fois. Le lendemain je n'ai pas pu avoir ma facture. "The staff were very friendly, with the receptionist ( cant remember her name, dark hair and Tattoos) very helpful and great English. Im sorry my french is not better. But....the evening meal was amazing...the Chef is so talented. If you stay for a night or two have the Buffet....sooo tasty"

"A lovely stay in the countryside near Lyon. Very friendly and welcoming staff who were attentive. Good dinner in the restaurant- the only option for miles on a Sunday evening! Glad they had the heater turned up in the room before I arrived or else I’d have been freezing. "
