Excellent stay and very helpful staff at front desk Room was comfortable and clean. Easy parking on site. Action Lild and Aldi close by 5 minutes walk and excellent Italian restaurant two minutes walk. Prises very reasonable. This was recommended by staff at front desk. Enjoyed our stay.

Déçue par la salle de bain
Déçue par la chambre Num1 : salle de bain pour handicapés (toilettes hautes), douche italienne sans séparation donc toute la salle de bain est pleine d’eau après une douche. Moisissures sur le bas de la porte. Peut-être serait-il temps de refaire une salle de bain digne du standing Kyriad ? En revanche, le personnel à l’accueil est top, accueillant et très à l’écoute. Pas de borne de recharge électrique, dommage.

Personnel super, chambre tres decevante
Accueil et personnel parfait. Tous tres gentil et agréables et arrangeants Nous étions dans une chambre handicapé car il y a eu une erreur La salle de bain est donc restée innondée pendant la durée du séjour car pas de pare douche. Nous etions 4. Nous avons demandés une raclette mais n'avons pas pu en avoir. Pas pratique du tout car besoin des toilettes. Nous avons mis des serviettes au sol pour éponger Il y a aussi un probleme de condensation, les vitres des notre arrivées ruisselaient et des traces de moisissures étaient présentes. Nous avons aeérés regulierement Je ne recommanderai pas pour un séjour plus long
