"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. "Lovely cosy, clean and friendly hotel away, 5m walk to gondola up to Courchevel 1850. Room was excellent. Only notable issue is the wait staff in the bar / restaurant tend to get overwhelmed at busy breakfast, apres ski and dinner times. They need to employ more and some experienced management to run them efficiently. "
