Harold the General Manager made sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail is outstanding. Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the beginning to the end. From the friendly and professional staff in the ski room, Hugo and the girls at reception, the shuttle bus service, the concierge making all our bookings, the exceptional gourmet buffet breakfast every morning, the lounge area where we sat and listened to the piano being played beautifully by the fireplace. Stayed for a week, could have stayed forever. The views whilst having breakfast are breathtaking, as are the views in our room. And the best part is you are steps away from the snow and skiing. Perfection!

unfortunately on the second night of our stay from 3am on an another guest in a room below us decided to have a party with extremely loud music. i called the hotel staff but he couldn’t do anything apparently the other guests were more important customers than we were, as they had reserved multiple rooms, the whole thing lasted until 5am, The day after and on checkout we did not receive any appologies whatsoever, i didn’t expect this kind of behavior from such a place. we lost a night of sleep out of our 3 night stay.

The property is coming apart. 5* service staff attitude, but a budget hotel quality. Carpentry is horrible, nails coming off, doors unhinged, inconsistent hot water, and the list goes on. I even got a cut from a staple bullet coming out of the carpet floor. It’s a joke of a property.

Exceptional service and convenience
Amazing stay, service in particular was exceptional. All the staff were pleasant to interact with and were always happy to assist. We made good use of the complimentary taxi service within Courchevel 1850 and the breakfast buffet was 5 star quality as you would expect. The independent in-house ski shop and Concierge service just made hitting the sloped or reserving restaurants convenient.

Not quite a 5 star hotel
It is a nicely renovated hotel with nice spa facilities although it the toilets remain un renovated both in the rooms and main hotel areas. As such, the toilets look like public toilets and pretty dingy. The staff tries their best and are friendly and very good. I was there last week before the hotel closes for the season and it was not the best time to visit. It did feel like they switched off the air conditioning at night as there were so few of us left at the hotel. It might be better if the hotel ran full facilities til the end as all the gueats did pay quite a lot to enjoy full facilities and it wouldn't be fair on them. Nice ski in/out slopes to pralong and fantastic location and convenient shuttles to the town. Overall, I would say great location and exemplary staff but needs work to make it a luxurious 5 star hotel

Great hotel right on the slopes
This is our second visit to this hotel. The location is great as it is sat right on the slopes and really is ski in and out from the ski room door. Staff our excellent and the facilities are good with a superb pool area with hot tub, sauna etc. It is a little way from the centre of Courchevel 1850 but has a good complimentary transport to and from the hotel to anywhere in the resort. The last day of our stay was spoilt a bit as the hotel had been fully booked by one group and they all arrived in the morning when we were trying to have breakfast and check out and the staff were overwhelmed. This said we will go back again as it is a lovely hotel with great staff. We would highly recommend it.

Good but bit dated, no shower in the bathrooms only old bath, not ideal if you are over 6'0" Great location for ski in/out and great service We would stay again.
