"The staff and the pets were all great! There was a minor mistake with our room and it was immediately rectified, resulting in us getting a room upgrade. The breakfast options were awesome as well. From healthy to standard. Gluten-free and vegan dishes as well. We took Uber everywhere and it was very affordable. Preferred that to navigating the traffic. Driving around would have stressed us out and I mean, we're on vacation, lol. Definitely would stay here again. "

"When we arrived, the attendant didn't even know we were coming. He said they were full. He swore his account did not reflect our reservation despite the details i showed him. Ultimately the exact room we booked was free. It was not the room shown in the pictures. "We chose this hotel since there were multiple bedrooms in one suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little outdated, but it was clean and offered a pool/hot tub & laundry facilities. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Everything was for kind of service was extraordinary. The food was very good. Housekeeping on the room are perfect. The only I have to do with the outside of the building is still under Construction, and it is very uncomfortable, as well as the facilities of the temple Plaza around the hotel are unavailable. Will probably come back but we’ll be about six months. I travel a monthly to Costa Rica and that’s it. "

One of the Best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. Location was close many shops, dining, and the outdoor area was an excellent addition to an already fabulous hotel. "
