"Burgau is a great family holiday destination with a gorgeous beach and lots of restaurants cafes etc. The lower appartment was super clean and a nice size with air conditioning which worked well. It was a quick easy walk to the beach but quiet at night- maybe thanks to the shutters on the windows. The roof terrace was brilliant- lovely big space which was shared with my parents who stayed in the appartment above us.. we may not have enjoyed sharing with people we didn’t know. "House is fine and as advertised. Close to beach. Did not have hot water for first 3 or 4 days. Property owner seems nice and very responsive. The bad new is that a large dog is 75 meters away and he literally barks all night long. Don't know how he can manage it ! I needed ear plugs and white noise music to sleep."

"The parking and unloading of suitcases was an issue. We had to park in town and walk everything in. We knew parking would be hard but did not expect it to be so challenging to unload suitcases."
