"Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"We had a family vacation to Mallorca and this property was as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a close drive to everywhere. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside area had everything we needed grill, outside kitchen and bathroom so we did not need to keep running upstairs for things. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

"Lovely house with big pool and terrace. Location is 30-40 min by car from Palma so car is recommended. Owner is very nice and friendly. Only flaw: We visited with 17 people, so warm water for showers was limited."
