"We had a great stay at the Costa Azul, the only problem for us (and it was totally out of the hotels control ) is that they are doing road works right outside. Apparently it has been going on for 2 years. If we knew about we would have booked a room at the back of the hotel."

"I stayed here last year with my cousins and we still talk about this place! I have never loved a hotel more. The breakfast every morning was great and I loved our room. The most beautiful views I have ever seen! Would come here every year! "

"The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality. "

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage...

"This was an incredible stay, our first time doing half board and we weren't disappointed. Options were always varied and delicious every night. "Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. "This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
