"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. "We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Loved our holiday in this gorgeous villa! The views are stunning!!! Everything you need inside the villa itself. There is also a twin bedroom which isn't pictured so it actually sleeps 6 although twin is small. Would also recommend a smaller car to get up the narrow lane off the main road as it is not easy in a big car. Fornalutx itself is lovely and lots more to see nearby. Would love to come back one day!"

"Joan kindly met us from the bus and drove us up to the property. It is only a ten minute walk into the main square of Soller. The house is set on the hill to the south of Soller with a lovely selection of places in the garden to sit and enjoy the most amazing views towards the sea and over the mountains. The pool also had stunning views and is surrounded by orange and lemon trees with the scent of the blossom in the sun. Fabulous!"

"We stayed here for two weeks August 2017 the villa is easy to reach from the airport around 30mins. Tucked away in an olive grove surrounded by countryside with chickens and wild tortoises to spot. The owner could not have been more attentive whilst keeping a respectful distance. "It doesn't really get any better. The villa exceeded expectations, the photos don't really do it enough justice. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The only sounds to be heard out in this area are chickens, a donkey and the occasional dog. At nighttime the only sounds are the birds, owls and crickets. The management company reply to your emails almost immediately. In fact one evening when we had no water I emailed them at 2030pm and there was an engineer in the doorstep less than an hour...
