"The staff were excellent and parking was very good. It was a short 20 minute walk to Gibraltar. The outside of the building was being renovated at one end away from us and the elevator was out of service for about 1 hour over a two day stay."

"This is a nice modern hotel but it lacks warmth. A few extras would make this a much more attractive stay. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet in case you should need them; coffee and tea making facilities in the room would also be nice. A few pictures on the walls throughout the hotel would also give it some warmth. Good buffet breakfast though."

"Every body should try and visit Chipeona a stay at the Al Sur De Chipiona. it is a delightfull old time hotel with lots of charm and the staff and service is simply out of this world. They can not do enough to keep you happy."

"It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...

"This is truly a lovely complex and a wonderful place to stay. The gardens and pool areas are superb and add to the pleasant atmosphere. The pool is great with sunbeds and large umberellas for all. Our apartment was comfortable and well appointed and the private patio and garden was a wonderful extra. The reception staff were welcoming and so helpful. Underground and secure parking was useful. We were in Fuente del Gallo for a family party and the stay at the Piedramar complimented a wonderful...

"This place is top-notch. You get incredible value staying at a property where you'd expect to pay much more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, much larger than expected, and with many additional features. The location is great, with many shops in the area, and only a short walk to the seaside. It's also not that far to the centre of town where you will find the cathedral and the many shopping streets. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Cadiz."
