Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "

Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca.
