"This home was on a very quiet street. The interior has been beautifully updated. The beds were, for the most part, comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows were provided. The kitchen was stocked very well for our needs. The owner reponded with any questions I had very promptly and check out was so easy! We were in town for softball so we were in and out of the house often and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 kids (including an infant). Really enjoyed the comfort of this home!"

"The views of the Ohio River were beautiful. Lots of steps up to house but the views were worth it! House was clean and neat…gorgeous furniture. Our grandchildren especially loved the games in the library room. We also loved being able to seat the whole family at dining table for meals. Lovely home. "

"My husband and I stayed in the Bungalow for a month. Kevin was very pleasant. When severe weather hit he was helpful in making sure we had ice melt and checked on our other needs. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. My only suggested improvements would be to have another reading lamp in the living room and blinds on the kitchen door and window. We highly recommend this house."

"I cant say enough good things about the host and the property! It was extremely clean! Great water pressure and hot water for days! The location is perfect, its 15min from anywhere in evansville. Perfect to get to any of the local eats, extremely close to the airport. Check in and check out were simple. The host keeps a great line of communication with you but doesn't hover. "Needed a place to stay while we visited our parents nearby. Easy in and out. Only comment would be: it was nice to have coffee. QUALITY of coffee was kinda meh. At least it had caffeine "

"This property is not in good shape. oven and 2 burners don't work. The pre made meal we brought to cook (in foil) couldn't be used bc of this. Closest doors falling off the wall. Batteries missing from smoke detectors. Heat set to 76?!?! The bathroom needs addressed. Update the tub and plumbing, evidence of long standing moisture damage. It's really a dump someone bought as an "investment" that they've clearly not invested any of their earnings in. It's unsafe. "

"We were Looking for just a nice comfortable and clean place. This was not it. Place is not kept clean inside or out. Why advertise a garden and backyard if you’re not even going to mow. The towels are stained and not one extra anywhere. Minimalist on dishes and silverware. Don’t think host has even seen this place for awhile. Couch is uncomfortable. Neighborhood a little sketchy- came home to police activity and someone else in the driveway. "
