"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "There’s this sweet gentleman who served us our breakfast unfortunately I forgot his name too many place we’ve stayed and many people we’ve met but his so welcoming you can’t missed him he just stand out with his big heart out and big smile…I would stay here again staff is very helpful, they helped me get another night with thier sister company coco resort another awesome place I would stay as well…they booked-up so easy that’s enough to tell you how good they are!"

Great experience , totally recomendable.

"The people is so polite and helpful , I just felt misinformed or not clear info about the process for the checkout . Please guys you need to warn the people about the amount of stairs to move around , some people have bad legs and it became a little bit of challenge for my friend who has bad knees . "

"Overall our stay here is good. Breakfast in the morning is superb. The only downside for me is we arrived around 0830 and we stayed only in the lobby with sofas it was quite hot and no aircon. We managed to check in around 1330. This is only minor where they could turn on aircon or provide fan. Overall i would still come back to this hotel next time."

" My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The resort itself is located in a very convenient location to all the restaurants while not being immediately in the town center. We enjoyed the massages at their spa and the staff were very helpful in arranging our tours and transportation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and ours even included a small personal pool or jacuzzi. We would be happy to stay here again. "
