I did not bother asking for a refund for the remaining days. I booked 7 days, quadruple room; 2-double bed. But they gave us a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress. We enjoyed the massages at their spa and the staff were very helpful in arranging our tours and transportation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and ours even included a small personal pool or jacuzzi. We would be happy to stay here again. "
