"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "Nice apartment, need a mirror in the bedroom and two chairs at the table. I wanted breakfast on Monday morning, got back late Saturday, reception was closed and not open all day Sunday so had a croissant at the supermarket at 12:00 pm 🙁🙁"

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Really lovely hotel for families, they have great family facilities, not for couple through! It's full of children and not a romantic getaway we were hoping for with kids all over the spa in the evenings. We were so impressed with the facilities for kids though we'll definitely be back if we have kids. Flaine is an excellent set up for families and the hotel is well connected to the town with ski in ski out and shuttles. "

"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "

"Amazing location and view. Apartment appeared new and was very warm. Very noisy building all through night. Beds were uncomfortable - none of us slept well. There is nowhere to hang or dry ski gear - no hooks, rails, wardrobes, etc. except for one bathroom heated rail. No oven or grill. Very small microwave and limited pans. Basic apartment only: no soap, half a toilet roll, no washing up items, no dishwasher tablet, no tea towel. Nice linen and bath towels. There is a mop, brush and vacuum...

"We had a very good stay at the Front de Niege in January 2018. The apartments are well equipped and the beds comfortable. They had recently refurbished the bathroom on ours and it was excellent, with a very powerful shower. The location is great for skiing. You can ski directly onto the slopes through the trees, and it's a 100 meter walk back at the end of the day. It is a 20 minute walk to/from the village, with the return being up-hill. There is a free bus, although this doesn't run past...

"Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. Apart from one morning without water that the hotel quickly fixed, I couldn't fault anything. Great location with comfortable bed

"This property is in an ideal location for exploring Geneva. Easy access to the Lake, the train station and exploring the various areas of the city centre including the old town. I arrived into Geneva earlier than expected and about 30 mins before check in time. They were really accommodating and after quickly checking that the room was available , allowed me the early check in. Overall the staff I interacted with were really friendly and spoke great English. I stayed in a single room and it was clean, had a great sized wardrobe and was light. I was barely in the room as I was out exploring most of the time I was there, and this hotel had all I really needed - comfortable bed and great shower (v powerful!). I travelled alone and found the area that the hotel is in to be safe to get back to - even when getting back late at night. The staff are on til about 11 but they given you an access code to get in. Overall really enjoyed the stay here and would book again if I find myself in Geneva in the future. "
