"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"Amazing stay - penthouse apartment with incredible views and incredible space. Lovely staff. Building is right on the slopes. Pool and spa area lovely after a day of skiing. Well equipped gym. And a playroom. A few mins walk to restaurants and supermarket. Worked well for a family with skiers and non skiers (and a toddler). Could do with a few more hooks for the various towels and bathrobes!"

"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. "Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"Amazing location and view. Apartment appeared new and was very warm. Very noisy building all through night. Beds were uncomfortable - none of us slept well. There is nowhere to hang or dry ski gear - no hooks, rails, wardrobes, etc. except for one bathroom heated rail. No oven or grill. Very small microwave and limited pans. Basic apartment only: no soap, half a toilet roll, no washing up items, no dishwasher tablet, no tea towel. Nice linen and bath towels. There is a mop, brush and vacuum...
