"Great hotel to stay while in Annecy. Walking distance to the old town and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable - though the bed was much too hard for us. The hotel is very modern with modern decor. Breakfast was good in the restaurant overlooking the lake. We had a really great stay at Le Pelican hotel. "

To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"
