Quiet beach house tucked away in the historic Longboat Village in walking distance to the beach and some of the top restaurants on the island. Fully remodeled home with all the amenities included - TV, wireless internet, cable, water, and electric. After a day at the beach enjoy a nice dinner outside in a screened in lanai and a evening by the fire in the outdoor fire pit.

Peaceful stay at longboat key
The property looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the beach & some good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could have done with more stock (there were 8 of us staying & not enough crockery or cutlery) but wasn’t a huge issue. We loved the location & how quiet it was, so would definitely stay again.

Nicely updated home in a great location.
My husband and I enjoyed a two-week stay at this home in Longbeach Village. The home was as pictured with everything needed to make our stay hassle free. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and close to the beach and a small shopping center with several great places to eat. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet with instructions on how to use the TV, days of trash pick up, and local suggestions. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would come back again.

We absolutely loved our time here! We had everything we needed for a comfortable month stay. The kitchen was stocked well, beds and couch were comfortable and we had really hot water. We loved the screened in porch and easy access to walk to the bay, beach, local coffee, restaurants and more. We would HIGHLY recommend! You won’t be disappointed! Look no longer!

The property is situated in the longboat keys. Neighborhood is super nice and situated close to the beach. Very cleanly maintained. Bathrooms were too small could be the only challenge. Overall, quite satisfied & happy!
