Stunning Bradenton Beach getaway located on Anna Maria Island. Your paradise is located on the water with beautiful sunrise views from your kitchen, café, dining, living rooms and private rooftop deck.

This paradise retreat has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find two master suites with king size beds, private full bathrooms and walk-in closets. An additional bedroom with two twin size beds, spacious closet and separate full bath. Luxury sheets and towels provided.

Cook to your hearts content. Whether you’re grilling or cooking, our fully stocked kitchen and Weber propane grill has all the conveniences of home making meal time easy and convenient.

There is private covered parking, although once you park, you may never want to leave. Historic Bridge Street with restaurants, activities, fishing pier and boutique shopping are just around the corner. Hop on the free Anna Maria trolley. Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and leave the driving and parking to someone else. Hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. The trolleys also run on most holidays.

Find tranquility at the beach with powdery sand and crystal turquoise waters, which are only a stone’s throw away. Rejuvenate in our supplied beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas or collect sea shells and watch the manatee, dolphin, and shorebirds. Complete your day with breathtaking sunsets and moonlit strolls.

Enjoy fishing on the dock while you dangle your toes in the water.

The private rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with temperate breezes and an amazing panoramic view.

Amazing Views of the Bay
My husband and I loved this condo and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the beach and to the shops in the historical district it is full of shops/live music and wonderful cuisine. The condo smelled great, and it was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything you need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. The views of the bay are amazing! Thank you.

First time on AMI. Our location was ideal, the beach only steps away was clean, soft white powder! Warm water and a long sand bar out to walk and enjoy. Each beach a little different and delighted with the shark teeth we found! Nice assortment of restaurants all close by. Very friendly people we encountered made our vacation that much better. Our accommodation was great. The host thought of everything we might need. The beach cart was a huge plus.

Perfect spot for your family!
Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quieter side of the bay and the views are incredible! We had some travel issues due to weather - the communication with Kimber during that process helped put us and our girls at ease. She was wonderful to deal with - super accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

The space was a perfect size for the 5 of us. Great amenities- bed and pillows were very comfortable! Enough chairs and umbrellas too. Great views of the bay, easy walk to the beach and such a quick ride to Bridge Street! Local driver picks you up for free and takes you to restaurants or locations near by. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Situated right on the bay and steps away from the beach. The location was perfect and we walked to the shops and restaurants daily. The trolley service that runs throughout the island is a bonus so we never needed to rent a car. This was our first time visiting this particular area of Florida and we can't wait to come back!

Six days in paradise.
This stunning 3 b,3bath condo boasts a breathtaking view of the bay and is conveniently situated on beautiful anna Maria Island.It's fully equipped for both short and extended vacations,with the Gulf of Mexico just steps away,offering pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear warm waters.Several waterfront restaurants serving delicious seafood are within walking distance,perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets while sipping drinks. Fishing enthusiasts will love the condo's amenities,including two new fishing rods and tackle,and the pier just outside of the condo provides excellent fishing fishing.I am eagerly anticipating my next stay at this wonderful place.

My family absolutely loved our stay here. The home is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with anything you could need. Things around the house were clearly labeled to help us figure things out, and even the TV was easy to get connected to our own streaming accounts. It was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the location can't be beat. The nearby beach (very nearby) was clean, quiet and swimmable for the whole family. Having the trolley stop close was nice, and we found that Bridge Street was easily in walking distance (even with strollers!). Kimber was great and made check-in a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

This rental has everything you need. The host offers toiletries and paper products for your convenience. The location cannot be beat and the views from the rooftop deck were amazing. The hosts were very responsive when needed and checked in throughout our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our 2 adults and 4 teens. We got picked up for our fishing excursion right from the dock outside the property!

Breathtaking Views
Let me just say that gorgeous doesn’t describe the views that this condo allows! We absolutely loved the cute sitting area that sits facing the bay. My children loved fishing off of the dock and made endless memories! This was so close to the beach that I honestly can say I didn’t even miss facing the gulf (again the views). If you enjoy going to the beach from 10-4 and like to come back to prepare for dinner then this is the place for you. Communication was great! My husband thought the propane was empty he reached out and the property manager was there in a matter of minutes to change and sure enough my husband was wrong, however they came to the rescue with no questions. Thank you Kimber and Jim for a wonderful time.

Perfect Stay on the Bay
Couldn’t have picked a better property for our family. The LOCATION was perfect! We enjoyed the quieter side of the bay with panoramic views from the condo, but just a 2 min walk to the gulf. The beach was amazing, and even though we visited during Spring Break, this section of the beach was not crowded. Also walking distance to Bridge Street with restaurants and shopping. I would also suggest traveling south to Longboat Key to enjoy some of the restaurants there as well. We had an excellent dinner at Shore. The owners have you well equipped with all the essentials for your stay. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to the area.

This beautiful, immaculate condo was the perfect location for our vacation. The owners thought of every detail. The bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked. There is even a barbecue if you want to grill. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high quality sheets. There were lots of bathroom towels, even the kitchen had full size spices. Board games and big screen TV/cable, are available if you’re inside on a rainy day. All the amenities you would need including outlets with ability to charge your phone throughout. The condo is light and airy with a beachy vibe. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, there is plenty of space. The location is perfect. Views from the upper balcony of the bay are breathtaking. It even has a dock for boaters. Right across the street, less than a 5 minute walk is direct beach access to Bradenton Beach. The owners even have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sunscreen, fishing poles etc. everything you need for a day on the beach. A short walk from the condo you will find restaurants, stores and bars. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

The owner and manager are great to communicate with...the space was great for 3 couples to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Very Cute Place!
My husband, myself and a couple of our friends came to Anna Marie Island to escape the Kentucky winter blahs! The home was very clean and one of the best stocked we have ever stayed. The kitchen was great with anything we could have needed plus a variety of spices. There were beach chairs, beach towels, fishing rods, board games and a couple of books to read, plus more! There is also an emergency kit and other necessities you may have forgot to bring. Kimber, the property manager, is just amazing. We highly recommend staying in this home.
