"New Year’s Eve in Copenhagen. Very lively and noisy with fireworks. If you want to watch ask for a view onto the square. If you want to sleep at all that night ask for a room as far away as possible. Recommend upgrading to a room that has access to the lounge. Great for Prosecco and red wine and snacks. We had a lovely time."

"Properties being renovated which does interior service somewhat. We were upgraded to a newly renovated and larger room which was very well appointed. Staff extremely helpful. "

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning. "

"Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay."
