"Our stay at Scandic Copenhagen was really positive. The location was ideal for sightseeing and using public transportation— it is one block from a metro station and 3 from the main railway station which also is where the train from the airport goes. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast one of the best spreads I’ve ever seen. It was a great start to our days. Staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended! "

But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. "This hotel has a central location a couple of blocks from the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. This is a great advantage but also problematic, as the immediate neighborhood is a bit seedy. This can lead to noise from drunk people late at night. We were there in winter, so it wasn't too bad, but could be a real problem in the summer. However, the hotel itself was outstanding. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay in a twin room. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks and fruit in reception. The hotel is very well located for Central Station and Tivoli. We would highly recommend and definitely return."
