"The hotel is good. The beds were very comfortable. We were on the top floor, where rooms have two levels. Not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs. TV in the living area and in the bedroom upstairs. But only one remote was working and they did not come to repair the other. Excellent rain shower. They require a deposit upon check-in. This is returned after departure, but one may loose out due to exchange rate. Copenhagen is a very attractive city but VERY expensive."

"A great hotel though the noise from rooms next door and above were quite noticeable but could be down to thin insulation. It was only the last night this was particularly noticeable from the 3 nights I spent there. Also I don’t agree with being told by the staff that you have to pay for leaving your luggage on check out date. (I joined the Scandic loyalty scheme which is free and means you can leave your luggage for free but this isn’t advertised)."

"Clean, well decorated room. I slept great here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a very cool bar area downstairs by the lobby that I would have loved to hang out in if I had more time. Highly recommend. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at 71 Nyhavn Hotel! The location was perfect, centrally located and walking/biking distance from all major sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The room was cozy and the view was beautiful. Would definitely book here again!"
