"Our stay at Scandic Copenhagen was really positive. The location was ideal for sightseeing and using public transportation— it is one block from a metro station and 3 from the main railway station which also is where the train from the airport goes. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast one of the best spreads I’ve ever seen. It was a great start to our days. Staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended! "

"Had a downstairs room which was ok except for a very noisy person in the room above! Also noise from outside our window very early in the morning with bins I think being emptied! The room itself was fine and had everything we needed, a nice breakfast left in fridge and rolls, pastries delivered in morning! "Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. "Close to a lot of tourist attractions. There are a lot of rooms at the hotel but hotel staff seems to allocate rooms so close to each other. Can hear baby crying from next room during our 4 nights stay every nights. Booked waterview but construction happening around the area. "
