I was given the information that neither would be available due to needing to be cleaned and filters changed that had not yet arrived. "Great place for a couple stay. Close to Gilbert and Chandler restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the rest of Phoenix. Great communications and quick answers to any questions and recommendations for activities and food. Little cool for the pool in March but that will give us a reason to come back. Enjoyed the stay!!!"
