"The first thing I noticed was how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was and when i walked in how clean and fresh it was. You can tell they take pride if providing a really nice experience for their visitors. It has all the amenities and the bed is really comfy! Truly is a must see. If I'm ever in the area again I will be returning if available. Bravo Christine!"

"This property was great for our 4 night stay. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The location was close to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. I brought coffee but the coffee maker is a keurig so I couldn’t use it. Only suggestion would be to bring your own towels if possible since ones provided are quite small."

Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our "casita" as I liked to call it.
