"Check-in is super easy if you do it before arriving. They just text you a code and you can walk straight to your room without waiting. I didn't have a car so parking wasn't an issue. There was staff on site everyday I was there. Hai noon located on site was wonderful. The pool was great. I was pretty clean. For the price it was a steal! But totally minimal breakfast so don't could on it. Only down side for me was I could hear everything going on in the court yard which was full of people around...

Not only was the one-night room rate better than others in the area; my questions answered when I called prior to booking; the confirmation call on the day of our reservation was a really nice touch! TV's: The location is undergoing remodeling & some rooms don't have them installed yet. If the staff forgets to mention that, it's a good idea to ask at check in. "The property worked out great, we had a suite with a king size bed that we were able to close the door for privacy and let the kids use the sofa sleeper. The kitchen area was convenient to make some easy meals, the hotel provided a breakfast and that was a typical continental, it was good. Pool area is very small for the size of the hotel so if you wanna hang out there you need to go early for a lounge chair.perfect spot in old town easy to walk to places "

"The resort was beautiful however I like a germophobe so I noticed the shower head needed to be clean so I cleaned it. The room could be bigger for the price but it was comfortable for me and my husband. The pool was nice and i sat in the hot tub. The ice machine on the third floor where my room was, was broken so we had to keep going downstairs to other floors for ice.
