"This is a classic motel recently redone with a "Room and Board" vibe. It was clean and comfortable and once everyone settled into their rooms quiet (I slept through the night). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My only suggestion is more lighting on the far end of the room, but it seems limited by the number of outlets."

"We came up to go ice fishing on Lake Vermillion and needed a place to stay that wasn't too far away. Lowell and Nancy have a beautiful home tucked in the pines with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Overall this is a good place to stay. Huge home with lots of space to spread out. A number of things were marked broken or unusable in the house but that did not affect our stay much. This would easily be a 5 star with a few updates and repairs. "
